Who we Help
The same four therapies, planned very differently depending on who's in the room — a three-year-old working on first words, or an adult rebuilding strength after surgery.
Pediatric Therapy
Children and Teenagers
Support from first words and first foods through to school-age skills, movement and independence — with parents in the room and a plan you can carry on at home.

Adult Therapy
Adults
Therapy after injury, illness or surgery, and for everyday difficulties with speech, eating, movement or daily tasks that have gone on longer than you'd like.

Our Services
Four disciplines under one roof, each with its own therapist and its own plan. Start with the one that matches what you're seeing — or ask us and we'll point you the right way.
Speech and Language Therapy
Speech sounds, understanding and using language, stuttering and voice — for children finding their words and adults who have lost them.
Feeding Therapy
Fussy eating, a very narrow diet, chewing and swallowing — for children stuck on a handful of foods and adults who find eating difficult.

What we treat

Late talking and unclear speech
Help for children developing speech and adults whose speech has changed following an illness, injury, or other challenges.
Stuttering and fluency
Support for speech that repeats, blocks, or feels caught, helping children and adults communicate with greater confidence.
Fussy eating and mealtimes
Support for limited food choices, strong reactions to textures, and difficult mealtimes, with care built around your life.
Chewing and swallowing
Support for children and adults with difficulty chewing and swallowing, making daily eating and drinking more comfortable.
Movement, balance and coordination
Support for slower milestones, balance, coordination, and movement challenges, including recovery after injury or surgery.
Daily skills and sensory needs
Support for dressing, handwriting, school, and work tasks, and sensory needs that make everyday routines harder to manage.
Frequently asked questions
Questions Families Ask
Do you see children and adults?
Yes — all four of our services are open to both. A three-year-old and a sixty-year-old can be working on the same goal, in very different sessions.
Do I need a referral to book?
You can contact us directly to book an assessment. If you're coming through a doctor, a school or an insurer, tell us at that first call and we'll confirm exactly what paperwork we need.
What happens at the first appointment?
It's an assessment, not therapy. We take a history, work through the areas that concern you, and finish with a clear answer on what therapy would involve.
How long are sessions, and how often?
That's decided at the assessment, based on the goals and what you can manage week to week. We'll confirm the length and frequency before you commit to anything.
Will we have to do things between sessions?
Usually, yes — short practice between sessions is a large part of why therapy works. Your therapist shows you what to do and adjusts it if it isn't realistic for your week.
What does it cost, and do you take insurance?
We work with [insurers you accept] and also see clients privately at [your rate]. Ask us to check your cover before the first appointment and we'll confirm what you'd pay.
